The new Formula 1 official website looks great and has some great features......if they ever work. The amount of money that F1 makes for all interested parties should more than allow for a good-functioning website. I can't even watch a recap of FP1 and 2 because the coding in the page is seriously janky. And they expect people to pay 19.99 pounds a year for this service and it doesn't give anything but recaps and live timing. Holy shit dude get into the 21st century and live stream with your own broadcasters and generate some more ad revenue from the massive jump in viewership.
Also, i am encouraged to see Manor Marussia out their and withing the 107% rule. Is it just me or did they steal McLaren's thunder and use the old school McLaren Honda livery?

I can't help but wonder if it's intentionally being sabotaged. It's like CVC wants to be able to claim that they have an active userbase for a potential flotation or sale, but doesn't want to take away from TV revenue. The WEC and WRC managed to do a great job with their websites. That being said, doesn't FOM have a surprisingly small staff for what they are? Bernie's kind of a legendary cheapskate, so it's entirely possible that he just got an intern to do it for school credit and since he doesn't understand that newfangled internet thing, he'd never notice.

Golly, I wish that he would throw that job my way. But with at least 300k in salary for all the heartache of dealing with a constantly evolving machine like F1 and social media
